 Who Can Register to Receive Dental Services

1. Children and Adults who are insured by Delaware Medicaid or the Delaware Healthy Children Program
2. Children who are uninsured

                          ***  You will not receive a bill for any dental service or oral health product  ***

 What ID Number Do I Use

1.  The number on the patients insurance card called Member ID or State ID
2.  Patient Medicaid Number

 Registration is Available in Other Languages
